When the owners of one of Austin’s most beloved urban farms chose to retire and sell their land, the opportunity emerged to create a new kind of community that would preserve the spirit of the site while introducing a vibrant mix of homes, nature, and neighborhood life. Among groves of mature pecan trees and a natural creek, 84 custom-designed stacked townhomes are arranged along landscaped walking paths that foster a sense of rhythm, openness, and everyday connection.
At the western edge, a 75,000 square foot boutique office building overlooks a preserved portion of the original farmland, which continues to supply ingredients to local restaurants. The historic farmhouse remains, fully restored and transformed into a farm-to-table restaurant and event space. Known as Ellie May, the community honors the land’s legacy while offering a rooted and forward-looking lifestyle in the heart of East Austin.
